Walking from the parking lot at Sycamore along the trail there is offensive language in my opinion that should be painted over but, potentially a nice native plant mural would be refreshing! I believe this is below the E Queens Way Dr overpass.

There are two swastikas spray painted on utility boxes in the alleyway attached to the Osteria Rago building. I notified the restaurant on 1/19/22 and nothing has been done about it still.

In the alley between the Ifell building downtown and 200 S madison street apartments, there is a little doorway-esque nook in the building underneath the hipster records people, first floor. in the nook, there's a big red swastika. just noticed it today, 9/24/21, don't walk by there too often so not sure how long it has been there. please paint over it soon!! thank you for the work you do <3

There is a disturbing message spray-painted on a bridge over Adams St. that reads "visualize dead landlords." (It is the bridge that has Hoagy Carmichael's Star Dust song on it.) It has been there at least one month. It seems to me that it would be good to smudge it out. Thanks for your attention.

There is graffiti all the way down the sidewalks on Smith Ave, between Lincoln and Henderson Streets. The graffiti says "FTP" and "F12" which means "F*ck the Police." I am a student and just moved in. I heard Bloomington is very welcoming, but this graffiti did not make me feel welcome. I hope it can be removed before classes start and more students come back.
