Greetings, there is a small piece of land owned by the city directly next to 202 E Ridgeview Dr. It has not been maintained in a very long time. The grass is very over grown, a large tree is dead and has large falling limbs and it is the perfect hiding place for rodents and other pests.

The house next to my property has some new people in it. I do not know if they are the new owners or they are just renting but they are running a daycare business out of the home. There are at least 10 kids being dropped off and picked up each day. Vehicles block my driveway in the evenings. Is this legal? Can they run this out of their home? Can you please help this tax payer get a street sign replaced that's been missing for almost two years. Also, there is a flickering street light on the east end of the Cheyanne Lane cul-de-sac that is off more than it is on. I can understand why replacing street signs is not a high priority for your department, but the sign has been gone for over a year plus the four months since I reported it. There is a retaining wall located between the houses on S. Sweetbriar Circle and S. Henderson St. I realize that the wall is on the private property, but was wondering if the city had any details about how the wall was constructed or if there was a specific code that the builder was supposed follow in order for the city to permit the wall.
Rose Hill Cemetery is disrespectfull! The weeds are covering headstones, you can't see half of them due to weeds. Something has to be done and soon. This is just awful, I was really upset when I went to see my family, and couldn't due to weeds coving there graves.
