Good day, One of our insured's employees slipped and fell in the parking lot of the Liberty Crossing shopping complex on January 24, 2018. The address is possibly 2088 Liberty Drive (our insured's employee was a visitor to the city and is not familiar with the area). We are having difficulty identifying the owner of this property. We would appreciate any assistance you are able to provide in regards to contact information for the property owner. We look forward to your reply. I'd like to honor the late Billy Graham by changing the Bloomington roads with "Graham" in the name (i.e., East Graham Place, Graham Drive, etc.) to "Billy Graham." Billy Graham Place, Billy Graham Drive, etc. Not sure how to go about this request. Thank you for any assistance.

Subject: Re: uReport Case #162510 - 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention Mike Arnold -- An update from a coupe weeks past on this address, I have been been busy or else would have sent a message sooner. 2/10/18: I reported to Bloomington Police the north, back of house, doors open. Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. By the way - the house has not been occupied since December 2016. See attached photos Thanks - Steve Akers 3449 E. Skunk roadkill on the north shoulder of 10th street, between 45/46 and Range Road/Pete Ellis. While you're at it, at the top of the hill there's a dead raccoon as well, also on the north side of 10th. But the skunk is the bigger issue. For obvious reasons. Thanks very much.

We received a Notice of Violation from HAND dated 03/13/2018 for 1207 N Dunn Street 47408 for scattered Litter for $50.00 Ticket# 39671. We would like to appeal the violation because of the following reasons: 1. My trash bins was in a closed container. 2. No trash or any litter in front of my house when I left for my trash container for pick-up by trash collectors. 3. My house is located along the street. I tried to keep my house clean and tidy. Followed all city rules and regulations but cars and people walk along that areas may throw trash at anytime. This is beyond my control especially if I'm out for work or in school. I respectfully appeal to please do not sanction me on things I can't controlled. Thank you, Eme Factora

As a neighboring property to 704 Country Club, I am concerned about the owners proceeding with construction on their dilapidated structures towards the back of the property. Do they have the proper permits and approvals from the City? How many houses and occupants can be on one plot? I would like the City to make sure this is in compliance. Thank you!
