Not sure what category this fits in. There are a few limbs that hang very low across Azalea Lane, particularly when it rains. These get low enough that they scrape across the tops of cars when they are hanging low during rain.

Not sure who takes care of this but the trees in the tree plot. Between Woodburn Ave and Walnut St on 14th Street need a major trim if possible. It makes it somewhat difficult if you are walking down the sidewalk. Or driving down the road way. Thanks!

I have requested in the past that the trees in the city tree plot desperately need to be trimmed. I'm not sure who does this but I have requested several times and no such luck on them getting trimmed.

You have at least 1 or maybe 2 cars parked on the yellow curb. On 14th st between college and woodburn ave. Not really urgent except for the fact it shouldn't be there. Seems to be a problem a lot. Thanks

I have been visiting Bloomington frequently for the last 4 years and have never seen such awful behavior on the streets downtown. We strolled around after dinner and in every block there were people drinking from alcohol containers and dealing and doing drugs, in front of our eyes. Sad state of affairs, especially in Kirkwood and its corners. Not a single patrol car in the area while we were there. I called the police dispatch to let them know and the cop that answer acknowledged there is a problem but sounded indifferent and was kind of rude. Im not a resident but I am surely not coming back to the business in the area, unsafe for the community, its visitors and a threat to the city's youth.

This report is for the HAND. I recently attended a gathering at this house and witnessed four unrelated adults living in the rental. They told me the rent was $1,800/month. I responded to a bloomingtonrent.com ad and was told that the permit is for 3 but 4 of us could live there but only three could sign the lease. This Landlord needs some counseling from you guys.

I have always had positive experiences with all members of the Sanitation Department, but this past year, in particular, I have had extremely positives experiences. Not only have the team members been thorough, timely, and respectful, but everyone has been SO friendly! The team doesn't hold back on the smiles, waves, and well-wishes. I cannot say enough positive about the Sanitation team (yard waste, recycling, trash) that comes through the Winslow Farms/Sweetbriar neighborhood. Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
