Meters, Today is government holiday so I thought the meters would be off. However I found it wasn't the case. Some meters read "free parking" and some read the regular about and running times. I wanted to check to see if your website mention that the meters were running the webpage cited the holidays and dates the meters were off but today wasn't mentioned. I paid $3.00 just to be safe because I rather pay now than have a $50 tickets. However I feel that the meter should be constant and that you web page give a clear answer. Man in white house next door to 516 (driving a silver Cube) backed in to a car parked on the street that belongs to a girl living across the street. He proceeded to back in to it twice within a minute while trying to get in parking spot.

November of 2013 my truck died and I decided to try to go all of 2014 without a vehicle. So far so good. I hike and bike the B-line a LOT at all times of day/night. I have recently noticed more of a police presence there, I'm guessing in response to the recent crime spree there. I've also noticed police talking with parks workers there and stickers (on the parks worker's vehicles) alerting us that the park workers can alert police (and I imagine EMS) if needed. Today I saw a city worker bush hogging a bunch of tall weeds that a criminal could hide out in waiting to pounce. I say all that to say a BIG THANK YOU! That B-line is too nice to let it be ruined by a handful of thugs. Thanks again to all of you....and 'book em Dano.'

Suspicious activity at 801 W 7th. A lot of people coming and going constantly. They don't stay long. Possible drug activity? Blue Honda Odessey van with three people and a dog now living on the property. Is this a licensed rental or a single family home? Woman who often drives the van seems disoriented.

Recently, four armed robberies happened among IU students, which caused a great threat to us. But as we noticed that policemen did not take any actions to protect students' safety and send any warning massage to inform students after that. So, we hope BPD could help students protecting our safety dutifully.

I have reported numerous times that there is a black dodge durango permanently parked on the City street in front of this address. It has been there close to two years. I have also reported a ford ranger parked in front of 3141 S Piccadilly that is permanently parked there. Can the police department PLEASE tag them for towing? Isn't City code that they can not be parked there more than 72 hours? Why have a code if it is not enforced?

A young police officer stopped my husband and I last night in front of Convention Center on S. College to tell us our license plate was expired. He could not have been more polite. Apparently, there is a mistake on our license plate sticker which we were unaware of and our registration showed the correct date of June. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name. Thank you to the officer!!

Scooters being stolen all over the City. We need to set up. Bait scooters and Catch these Thieves. They ruin people's li es and Jobs due to when they steal them, they take away so much from the person. Most are not being found due to the theifs not being found and prosecuted. Please,Please look into this. Sincerely a former scooter theft victim. P.s. I commend the officers that found my scooter and am Greatly pleased how they were in the right time at the right place. More officers should be more like the ones I came into contact with! Erica

Quit employing unprofessional police officers. These people have no idea what it is to serve and protect like me and the rest of our military veterans. The so called police officers only car about one thing and that is to show everyone they think they're tough. I have a great idea, use our tax dollars on adults and not fuckheads.
