Bids for Griffy Water Treatment Plant Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials (RACM) Abatement & Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Impacted Soil Removal
On March 16, we purchased the digital sets for both of the above referenced bids from the Repro Graphix ePlanroom. We are missing several documents like the Asbestos Assessments performed at the Site by Ogle and Associates, LLC in April 2017 and the Transformer Removal performed at the site by Fields Environmental, Inc. in April 2017. Please email these reports to me or provide a link directly to them.
Thank you,

I am a resident at 2015 S. Georgetown Rd. While I greatly appreciate and like the new trash removal bins, I am a bit surprised at how early trash removal starts in my neighborhood. Removal starts as early as 5:25 am in my neighborhood on Thursday mornings. The trucks back down by street with the loud beeping noise and the when the trucks dump the trash from the new bins it is quite loud even with windows closed. My neighbors and I are unfortunately woken up by the noise most Thursdays at 5:30am. What time is trash removal supposed to start? Can it be shifted to at LEAST 6:00 am? I'm not sure if this is a noise ordinance violation but seems like it might be.
Thanks,
Aaron Neal

How would I go about getting someone to come out to potentially issue a citation to a property owner about a dangerous tree? We just purchased our house and there is a very large and what seems to be dead tree on our neighbors property with branches that hang over our home. It seems like it is above power lines as well. I'm just not sure how to go about everything. The occupants are renters and I'm not sure who the landlord is, but it is a hazard that needs to be taken care of ASAP.
My address is 1529 W 8th St

Shame on the City for pushing for a market based downtown where only the rich can afford to shop and lounge. Some degree of free parking is a public resource for those who must drive. If you want to create transportation alternatives, great, but instead the City keeps making steps toward where those who are rich and/or have time can use the roadways while the rest of us must stay home. Residents should have downtown access.
