The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings. I don't know if this is a city issue or a university issue, but I know that uReports are an effective tool in general, and was hoping I could be directed to the right place.

Good Evening, My name is Kelly and I work with kids in an after school program in Vermont. Recently I've been working with the kids on safety, I decided doing a fun project on ways they can be safe before and after school. During their search they came across your page (http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=2212) and wanted to thank you. They also found a safety guide (http://yourlocalsecurity.com/inside-home-safety-guide) that covers everything for keeping children safe at home and other protection resources; would you mind adding it to your page if it's not too much trouble? I did a search on Google and found the nature preserve that has my last name. I lived in Indiana until 1997. Had never known there was a nature preserve in Indiana with my name. Can you tell me who the preserve is named after? It would be interesting to see if I can trace my anscestry to the person the nature preserve is named after. It is ironic there is a nature preserve with my last name because I am active for the preservation of nature. Thanks, Curtis
