Wanted to see if the parks and rec department could come take a look at the Beech tree on the north side of Maxwell (marker used above). Several really large dead branches that are dangerously falling in a piecemeal way. The overall health of the tree is in steady decline, and it may be easier for the city to remove it now before it is completely rotten. Thanks!
Fess Avenue between 1st and Maxwell is very dark. No streetlights. I am requesting a light be put in between 821 and 823 S. Fess. It's almost pitch black.

There are two completely dead trees on the north side of 2nd St. at the corner of Swain and 2nd. The one closest to the corner loses big limbs during storms. Someone is going to get hurt. Last weekend a dead tree broke the rear windshield of a car further up on Swain. Two weeks ago an enormous tree on Swain (corner of E University) collapsed across Swain into Andy Ruff's yard causing a power outage for us in the neighborhood. Someone needs to be policing these dead trees which are major hazards for those of us who walk. I previously reported a dead tree (still dead) behind the house on the south side of 2nd, corner of Swain. Thank you.
Man in white house next door to 516 (driving a silver Cube) backed in to a car parked on the street that belongs to a girl living across the street. He proceeded to back in to it twice within a minute while trying to get in parking spot.
I found a street sign, together with the large metal pole, in my front yard today. Not sure how it got there ... but it appears to be a Bloomington street sign. Can you come collect it? 415 E. 1st Street
The eastern-most tree on the tree plot in front of my house is dead. The western-most tree on the tree plot(the tree next to the driveway) has many dead branches, and I fear the whole tree may be dying. Can at least the dead tree be removed? I would like to know whether the alley behind my house and 1000-1002 E. Atwater legally continues through and across Hawthorne, as the alley does continue between Hunter and Atwater past Hawthorne. I would also like to know the exact location of the utilities in the alley as specified in 12.12.080.
