My neighbor at address 2131 S Bent Tree Drive just reported two dead trees on City property that are leaning towards both of our houses. Within the past 10 mins, another dead tree just split in half and half of it fell against other trees leaning towards our homes. I have two dead trees, that has not bloomed in Spring or Summer, close proximity to my house- causing potential hazard. Wanted to write this email as an official notification for City to take action, as it is on city property, and if any damage is caused in the next storm with these trees, I have reported this to you on July 27, 2024. Not sure what category this fits in. There are a few limbs that hang very low across Azalea Lane, particularly when it rains. These get low enough that they scrape across the tops of cars when they are hanging low during rain.

Not sure who takes care of this but the trees in the tree plot. Between Woodburn Ave and Walnut St on 14th Street need a major trim if possible. It makes it somewhat difficult if you are walking down the sidewalk. Or driving down the road way. Thanks!

I have requested in the past that the trees in the city tree plot desperately need to be trimmed. I'm not sure who does this but I have requested several times and no such luck on them getting trimmed.

You have at least 1 or maybe 2 cars parked on the yellow curb. On 14th st between college and woodburn ave. Not really urgent except for the fact it shouldn't be there. Seems to be a problem a lot. Thanks

I have been visiting Bloomington frequently for the last 4 years and have never seen such awful behavior on the streets downtown. We strolled around after dinner and in every block there were people drinking from alcohol containers and dealing and doing drugs, in front of our eyes. Sad state of affairs, especially in Kirkwood and its corners. Not a single patrol car in the area while we were there. I called the police dispatch to let them know and the cop that answer acknowledged there is a problem but sounded indifferent and was kind of rude. Im not a resident but I am surely not coming back to the business in the area, unsafe for the community, its visitors and a threat to the city's youth.

There are weeds growing in the median and along the curbs and sidewalks on 46 east and east of College/Walnut and also in curbs of the median of College/Walnut, south of 46. It would be nice to have them removed before the students return. Thanks! Tom
