For the past few weeks there have been dogs roaming free in this area. I have nearly hit them in the street a couple times and one actually did get hit by a car a few days ago. I think they belong to the big red house in this block. They don't appear to follow and leash or restraint requirements. I am concerned for the animal's continued safety.

I live on W Smith Avenue in Bloomington Indiana and this is a brief clip of the construction that continues to go on literally steps outside my apartment. I am shooting this video from just inside my door. I am most concerned with the extreme noise pollution that has to violate the noise ordinance, not to mention the safety hazard and risk management nightmare presented by the fact that less than 5 feet and some yellow caution tape separates my front step and a 15+ foot drop. We have not been contacted by anyone working on this project or any city officials, except that we were notified by our landlord that they afraid that our 'car was going to fall into the hole.' Tall metal tower behind house (radio tower?) appears to be old, and the bottom of the tower is overgrown with vegetation. It's an eyesore at best and probably a hazard.

A tree in the city easement area behind my parents house at 1009 S. Grant fell down and broke their fence and is now in their yard. I have been unable to find the rules applying to this sort of issue and would greatly appreciate any help for them. Thank you

This morning I noticed that my passenger mirror had been hit. I got out of my vehicle and looked at the other cars down the road and noticed a couple others had been hit as well. (Passenger side of vehicles face a sidewalk, so not side-swiped by another vehicle.) I called the Bloomington Police Department around 2:15 explained the situation, was carried to dispatch, explained again and was told to write a report.

I have a client that has come to my office to report that her neighbor is scary and has a lot of people at his home constantly. Mostly she would like to report noise complaints. He is very loud at night and has a lot of people always coming to the his home late at night driving motorcycles and it is very disruptive.

I would like to know whether the alley behind my house and 1000-1002 E. Atwater legally continues through and across Hawthorne, as the alley does continue between Hunter and Atwater past Hawthorne. I would also like to know the exact location of the utilities in the alley as specified in 12.12.080.
