There has been a navy blue trailer parked in front of my house for over a week now. I have never seen anyone get into it and hasn't been moved since it first showed up. Is there any regulations for how long someone can leave an abandon trailer somewhere?

Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. The Standard of Bloomington has a huge mess in the mail room. Nothing organized. No security. Student occupants have no way to locate their packages. And for some reason, my son’s unit is not able to register their apartment number due to last years occupant not releasing it? Unacceptable as packages are not locatable. Fear that things will get stolen. And as it’s the beginning of the school year , many families have shipped lots of valuable items to their kids. Can you help?

Hello. I have a dead tree in the tree plot between the street and sidewalk. This was reported to the urban forester last year and he agreed the tree is the city's responsibility, but nothing happened. I would like to have the tree removed and a new suitable tree planted. Thank you.

Please conduct an animal (dogs) wellness check - dogs are whining in garage, and I'm not sure anyone occupies this home. These animals may not have food or water. I believe there are possibly 2 pit bulls so use caution.
I need to know who to contact about a construction permit displaying in the window. The owner listed on the sign is fraudulent. The locks have been changed. My sister Christine Wilhelm and son Charles Swinehart are the Owner. My brother has been in hospital and nursing care since July 1st 2016. He has been released but now he has no place to reside. Sheriff office responded to trespassing call on Saturday morning. They only said that it is a civil matter. I do not have permit number from the sign but it is dated 12/7/16.
Hello - in front of City Hall there is a stone that I believe is a memorial for fallen officers. The light fixture in front of the stone was tipped over when I walked by Saturday at the market. It appeared to be broken, so it may need some repair work.
