Public spaces, be they roundabouts, street corners, boulevard medians or just the grassy strips along sidewalks are regularly cluttered with signs for events and services. What are the rules about these things? I suppose there is a spectrum of acceptability, ranging from school performances to community theater to summer camps, but more and more often I am seeing them being used to advertise businesses. In the attached photo you will see that there are signs on the Moores Pike traffic circle for the C3 bar in Renwick. Earlier this year the south side of town, and I imagine elsewhere, was awash in signs for some transient snake oil salesman. I would like to know what the law allows and why there is no enforcement. On the north side of Tramway, just east of I-69 overpass, there has been a dead deer on the edge of the road for over a week. This is a potenrial hazard with so many large trucks on this road, if two vehicles had to pass at this location

I live at 2327 S Terra Ct, and I would like to report trash in my neighbors yard (2333 S Terra Ct). I have reported this before, but it has again become an issue. I have to constantly pick up their trash from my yard, to keep my yard from looking like a dump. It is not likely drive by trash as I live in a cul-de-sac inside another cul-de-sac; and the trash is not only in their front yard, but their back yard as well. I am pregnant, and I feel I should not have to live in these conditions, or pick up large amounts of others trash constantly as I am not their janitor. I do not put trash in my yard, only the proper receptacles, and these receptacles are only outside with trash when it is being picked up for trash/recycling day. I have no interest in attracting rodents or other creatures that do not belong near my house. Please see the attached photo of my neighbors trash, that I have collected from just my own yard, from the past month and a half.

This home is over occupied with at least four students. I routinely see the same four tenants and they frequently party.

HAND: This home also has 4 tenants and rents for $1,600/month. I think that ALL Landlords should be required to abide by the law. Please look into this matter.

Bart Villa Apartment-Yesterday I delivered to this building unit 8. The smell of urine on the carpeted steps was so strong that I got sick. It is unsanitary for residents and delivery people. No one deserves to live like this

There are two vehicles that have been parked in the McDonalds parking lot for over a month. The blue van is not in a parking spot but in the yellow lines for the edge of the spots and a white cargo van next to it. The white van has no plates and the blue vans plates are from Alabama and expired plates. I have seen the blue van sliding door open for multiple days in a row and now am seeing people just randomly going up to the vehicle. It is attracting homeless people to the area in which the AAA dumpster has had suitcases left in the dumpster area only left for others to retrieve. Not sure if drugs are involved but they are making me nervous to come to work and leave my car out there.

The electric pole on the right as you drive into the parking lot for wapahani has exposed wires close to ground. One of the wires has a bare spot on it

Over the past several weeks (months?), it seems that more often than not the access control arms to the Morton St. parking garage have been open allowing free parking. This is great for those who don't have a permit, but it feels a little unfair to those of us who have a permit and continue to pay for parking. What's going on, how much longer is this anticipated to continue, and is there any recourse for permit holders? Thanks!
