So this truck initially was blocking the walk over on the trail at second and Morton area by Kroger traffic was backed up, but he decided that he put his truck over the crossover anyway then before he pulled away through a cigarette out right in front of me and other people I was able to catch up with him on my bicycle. I hate complaining, but you know we pay these people money to do work for us and they come in to our city and they litter like that. It just doesn’t sit well.

I previously reported an issue in case 193219. It has been closed and said fixed. I was back in Bloomington this weekend and saw 2 people trip again over uneven sidewalk. I previously fell at this location. It was not corrected. The area is outside park and Morton. It is located outside entrance of door that says 702, and directly by a tree and opposite window that has for lease on it. I am hoping it is corrected before someone gets hurt!

Seeking record of my divorce from Jerry L Troyer. I'm embarrassed to admit I'm not sure of the date – believe it was 1977. I can only remember part of his social security number, but of course know my own. Ted Najam was my attorney.
