This report is for the HAND. I recently attended a gathering at this house and witnessed four unrelated adults living in the rental. They told me the rent was $1,800/month. I responded to a bloomingtonrent.com ad and was told that the permit is for 3 but 4 of us could live there but only three could sign the lease. This Landlord needs some counseling from you guys.
I have always had positive experiences with all members of the Sanitation Department, but this past year, in particular, I have had extremely positives experiences. Not only have the team members been thorough, timely, and respectful, but everyone has been SO friendly! The team doesn't hold back on the smiles, waves, and well-wishes. I cannot say enough positive about the Sanitation team (yard waste, recycling, trash) that comes through the Winslow Farms/Sweetbriar neighborhood. Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. I wondered if a City Engineer could take a look at the wall in my backyard. It is a retainer wall for Henderson. It is showing signs of buckling. I think it might be a safety issue.
Over the past several weeks (months?), it seems that more often than not the access control arms to the Morton St. parking garage have been open allowing free parking. This is great for those who don't have a permit, but it feels a little unfair to those of us who have a permit and continue to pay for parking. What's going on, how much longer is this anticipated to continue, and is there any recourse for permit holders? Thanks!
The electric pole on the right as you drive into the parking lot for wapahani has exposed wires close to ground. One of the wires has a bare spot on it
This home is over occupied with at least four students. I routinely see the same four tenants and they frequently party.
HAND: This home also has 4 tenants and rents for $1,600/month. I think that ALL Landlords should be required to abide by the law. Please look into this matter.
I live at 2327 S Terra Ct, and I would like to report trash in my neighbors yard (2333 S Terra Ct). I have reported this before, but it has again become an issue. I have to constantly pick up their trash from my yard, to keep my yard from looking like a dump. It is not likely drive by trash as I live in a cul-de-sac inside another cul-de-sac; and the trash is not only in their front yard, but their back yard as well. I am pregnant, and I feel I should not have to live in these conditions, or pick up large amounts of others trash constantly as I am not their janitor. I do not put trash in my yard, only the proper receptacles, and these receptacles are only outside with trash when it is being picked up for trash/recycling day. I have no interest in attracting rodents or other creatures that do not belong near my house. Please see the attached photo of my neighbors trash, that I have collected from just my own yard, from the past month and a half.
On the north side of Tramway, just east of I-69 overpass, there has been a dead deer on the edge of the road for over a week. This is a potenrial hazard with so many large trucks on this road, if two vehicles had to pass at this location
