Dead tree along an alley. Looks like ash borer damage. Whose responsibility for removing it?
The trail lights on posts 137 and 138 are both out just to the east of Moravec. The second one to the west of Moravec is also very dim, probably 141.
I wanted to report that a city tree, that the city planted in the tree plot a couple years ago has been cut down, I assume by the adjoining property owner. Wanted the city to be aware of it, since you guys took the time and money to put it in.
Several trees on the east side of property, inside Winslow Woods, are dead and potentially could cause damage to my deck and house. The trees are all on city property and need to be removed as soon as possible. This last wind storm a dead tree fell and many others are certain to come down soon. Please feel free to contact me for any further information. Thank you, Sheaghan McConnaughy 812-345-2729
Totally cool to close Cascades to traffic cutting through but not the main entrance totally to even parking there! Other entrance is 20 minutes away. W people won't use park as much or will kill gas in the environment if they do. At least allow some form of parking on south end. Get a new lot if needed. But that's the main access point. Why have City parks if you have to have unlimited time and an ablist bike to use them?
Dead tree in Hyde Park Sade Road entrance landscaping that needs to be removed.
2 trees on city property need trimmed. 1414 s. East St bloomington
There are overnight campers in the park harassing people
About 2:30, 1/11/24, twelve cars were at Griffy Lake dam parking lot, with two more, both City vehicles, and I asked one of them "Do bladders and bowels stop working in winter?" At first, no comprehendre. I said, why is the rest room locked? I asked them to pass on my complaint, and the guys directed me to U-REPORT. After my run at 3:30, 18 cars were in the parking lot, none city vehicles. Griffy Lake sees more than 50 cars a day, perhaps more than 100 - where the rest room? This is plainly a sanitation issue. If there's no restroom, at least walk the trails with a pooper-scooper!
