Hello, Barry, wanted to let you know that Kayla Drake used my name and disguised herself as ISP stole all that money paid to torment me all night and it’s my understanding both of my children were hurt possibly gravely and still no arrest.
I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. Property next to mine 516&518 south Woodlawn has been gutted with a pending permit and even more of a concern is the workers indicated a driveway and garage with a apartment on top is next I would like some input as this directly impacts my property
Abandoned silver vehicle with 4 flat tires at this house on the Allen Street side of the home. Has not been moved in more than a year.
Furniture and glass were thrown from an apt at the Stageyard last night. There is large debris and broken glass all over the alley behind their building.

My neighborhood is undergoing fiber installation. On 9/6 and 9/7, my yard housed a large tractor. Now that the install in complete, I am left with a yard that is partially destroyed by the utility contractor. The grass is gone, the yard is no longer level, there are multiple drill holes large, and there is a lengthy bulge from the cable plow. Rather than leave my lawn in the same condition, the contractor laid hay and grass seed. This will not create a lawn being that it's fall and won't take, and it will not level my lawn. I've tried to communicate with the workers but they do not understand me, as they are not English speakers. Who can I communicate my issues with?
