I need to report a tenant who is living at a storage facility by renting out an office space and is also using it for vehicle storage with multiple trucks being stored out in the driveways. This is causing a concern and an issue. This has been informed to the landlord and still continues.
This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. Tents are popping up again in Seminary Park and the adjacent open spaces. I cannot believe these are for "Garage sales, religious tent meetings, nonprofit events and political rallies" (City Code), so I hope they will soon be removed.

re uReport Case #174114. Barking & Howling dogs. This was reported by my neighbor and I have complained many times about these dogs. 11/13 The owner told Animal Control (Ofc Eubanks) they'd get Bark Collars, its been a week and there have been no changes.
Trash, wood, debris,furniture laying in between 1000 and 1002 East Atwater properties. Piles of trash/discarded furniture have been on East side of property since August.
The trail lights on posts 137 and 138 are both out just to the east of Moravec. The second one to the west of Moravec is also very dim, probably 141.
I delivered groceries to 602 N. Morton and there was vomit outside the elevator I think I stepped in it. Cedarview management needs to be fined and notified this is unacceptable
My License and Debit Card were stolen
The constant barking and howling of dogs keeps us from being able to sleep. We were tolerable up to a point, but the daily and nightly noise is just intolerable.
