I know you guys have been working on this issue but seriously this is gone on for too long now! It’s been 3 weeks since I 1st reported this loud obnoxious generator noise 24/7 for over a month now! If I could afford to just up and move me and my kids I would because I’ve had it with this noise waking my kids up every single night! My kids bedroom is closest to the road so the noise is pretty much in their room with them. But even with my room bein on the opposite side it’s still even loud enough I can hear it clear as ever in my room.. If all the people that live there work there’s no reason they all haven’t put their money together and got the power back on a long time ago or better yet just paid the damn bill to begin with so it wasn’t shut off! I’m sorry but I’m just beyond fed up over this!

Only touching base to see if by any chance any recent updates have been made on the loud generator everyday and night for over a month now almost 2 months actually. Because it still has not slowed down use of the generator nor has it stopped at all. Just wanted to check in on this on going issue. Thank you and again sorry to be such a nag.

Usually I'm don't usually complain about the police department as you all do amazing work around the city. But this morning had to be the most terrifying thing I've encountered. At about 6:45am I'm getting ready to take my dog out, and whenever I take her out before daylight I'm always aware of my surroundings, as I'm always afraid something is going to happen, and in this city you never know. I open the door to go out and noticed my dog is a little more anxious than usually. An out of the corner of my eye I notice this man in all black coming up from behind my house in my yard, and between my car and the neighbors fence doesn't say one word to me as noted it was dark out. Now at this point being in dark clothing and in my yard, I literally thought I was going to have a panic attack cause i had no idea who it was and hurried my dog back inside. Had literally no idea this dude was a police officer as he didn't say a word to me and on that side of the house you can't see his patrol car. So when I go back in and calm myself down, I look out the window towards the other side of my house and notice his patrol car. I don't mind the police being in my yard for whatever reason but at least they could of done was said something when I walked out. Is this standard for you to be in someones yard and not announce yourself? I dont know cause I'm not a police officer. But it would have been great to know as they literally scared me. I lost my wallet which contains my ID, driver license, credit and debit cards and most important of all a written copy of my social security number. I hope this does not come to bite my butt. I know I likely not get it back that is ok but if they use my social I would like this to be on record for me to get another one. So sorry if this causes issues later on. But I lost the wallet april 28, at around 4 or 8pm I realized i lost it at around 10pm. The theft used my card to make a purchase at chipotle. thats the last I know about it. People are living out of a maroon van that is parked in front of the house. Trash and debris everywhere around this house. Possible drug use going on as well.

There has been an increase in police vehicles speeding in my neighborhood, particularly down Rogers Street and Sixth Street. The frequency has increased in the last two weeks and has been rather alarming, loud, and unsafe.

I wish to report this as a "noise violation" to Capt. Pedigo. I think he will understand this report. There is a very loud red Dodge pickup truck that parks along the northbound side of Lindbergh St. The loudness of the truck is a massive disturbance to myself and the neighborhood. Why? He comes and goes all day and into the night. Back and forth and back and forth. Around and around and around. That much travel in and out of our neighborhood doesn't make for a very peaceful life here. Not only does he come and go constantly, but he revs the engine which is loud just by itself, and often peals out. It's a red Dodge pickup truck, badly beat up with a mismatched right rear wheel. It's extremely loud and disturbs the peace. Could you check into it for us? Thank you.

The person who lives at this address produces unreasonable noise on a regular basis in their truck. Most definitely this is a diesel truck and yes, those are louder than other vehicles. However, this person has the need to accelerate intensely on Fairview from stop sign to stop sign and then loudly accelerate the short distance to their house. This happens most every single day and multiple times as this person regularly comes and goes with and without a trailer full of equipment. According to Bloomington's Municipal Code section 14.09.040, unreasonable noise shall mean sound that is of a volume, frequency, or pattern that prevents, disrupts, injures, or endangers the health, safety, welfare, prosperity, comfort or repose of reasonable persons of ordinary sensitivities within the city of Bloomington, given the time of day or environment in which the sound is made. Also included, and described in more detail in Section 14.09.030 of the Bloomington Municipal Code, is unreasonable noise from cars including specifics about mufflers and baffles. It is unknown as to if this is an OEM/stock exhaust system but it is disruptive on a regular basis even when inside a house with all the windows closed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I will be checking regularly for a reply despite choosing to file this anonymously.

There are two cars (one navy/black and the other white) that have been parked continuously in the parking lot for about a week or so. The people in the cars have recently started littering the park.
