The grassy area in between the sidewalk & street in front of 521 W. Kirkwood has several sinkholes. It is hazardous for people waiting for the bus. Who is responsible for filling these in--the city or the property owner Tom Gallagher? If it's the city, which dept? Don't know of there are pipes under that area.Thanks.

MY KIDS JORDAN TACKETT AND GARRETT KIRBY AND I ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MOVING TO 514 W KIRKWOOD TODAY AND PURCHASE LAND ON S KIRBY RD. IVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH BPD MARSHALL SECURITIES AND THE UNITED STATES MARINE CORP
