Heather Marie Zuhl of 216 N. Lincoln St. illegally dumped her trash into the dumpster of 208 N. Lincoln, we have examples of the trash dumped
property is abandoned and listed for sale, building windows and doors need to be properly secured to prevent entry (north window is open)
"The south side of backyard is overgrown and makes driving difficult. There is also a fence that is falling over and I am afraid the dog living there can get out and hurt someone passing. I notified HAND overa month ago."
Tenant claims electrical system hooked up incorrectly, responsible for usage of his apt and another tenant.
Dead Trees.Complaintant is worried that dead trees on an adjacent property will fall onto his home. Trees from recent storms have fallen on neighbor's house.
Very disgruntled gentleman said there's a dead tree in the 1400 block of West 11th. The woodpeckers have gotten at it and if the tree falls it's going to be dangerous. Said he's reported it 3 times and nothing has been done.
Stopped by OOTM to request a meeting with the mayor.
Complainant stated this was an illegal rental, many code violations, some dangerous; new structure - owner claimed it would be his private dwelling, wired by owner.
In the Tree plot on 4th Street at 4th & Grant. NS side of street, hole is 8" long, 4" deep, and 3 to 4 inches wide. It is 9 sections of sidewalk west of Grant, just before the 1st new parking meter.
