They hang out for awhile and then it evolves into them setting up camps and tarps, etc. often results in disturbances in the early morning hours. This is not the first time this has happened. My vehicle was damaged by a water main burst around 2 am this morning and I'm not sure who i need to make a damage claim to. My windshield was broken as well as multiple scratches to the paint. I do have video of the water main spraying my vehicle and photos of the damage made from it. I thank you for your time and appreciate your feedback
Residents at 1509 S Nancy Street do not take in trash/recycling containers. In addition, their driveway is littered with trash and other large cans that needs removal. Would appreciate any action the city could take to remedy this problem
Neighbors down the block at 1506 S Nancy Street are leaving trash and recycling containers by the curb continuously, in violation of city code. In addition they leave trash out front that is an unsightly neighborhood mess.
I believe that there is at least 10 people living at this large house. I constantly drive past and see all of the cars parked along the left side of their house and it is at least 4 cars daily not including the cars in their driveway!

According to scanned PRC, it documents an unfinished 1540ft^2 basement. This basement is completely finished with the exception of a small utility room. It features a full kitchen, full bathroom, two living/family rooms, and two bedrooms. Please send field assessor to make these adjustments. The home owner is a Monroe County Government employee and this discrepancy has been reported at least once before now.
Samantha is already complaining on public forums (I.e. HT) about the proposed annexation and her house has been under assessed once it was built. Her basement is completely finished with a full kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms, two living rooms and a fireplace. You want to gain resident confidence and support; start by eliminating these large discrepancies by "locals" with connections in the real estate industry and with local officials.
