On 12/3/15, I parked at a meter on Kirkwood in front of the library. I used my debit card and wanted to pay for three hours of parking. The meter would only give me one hour; it did not give me the option to add more time the way most of the meters do. I had to insert my card three times in order to get the desired amount of time, but I see that I was charged the 30 cent convenience fee each time. Abandoned vehicles? 420 Eastside Drive See city Ordinance 15.60.020 (a) (6) ...vehicle 6 or more model years old,,, left on private property continuously.... visible location for more than 30 days. It seems to us that the vehicleS at this property would come under this ordinance. This looks like a junk yard.
