We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. It looks like drug addicts have taken over this home. It is listed for rent currently, but there are boards over windows That have been destroyed and people that hang out on the porch all the time. It really looks like a drug house. I believe they are there illegally.

I already put in a ticket (#178514) that you all responded to. Thanks, by the way. The ticket was with regards to the hole in my shower. I won't reexplain the situation here but while your intervention did get a response from Woodington Management in the form of a phone call wherein they claimed someone would be out to look at the issue within the week, the week has now passed and nobody has looked at or worked on the hole to my knowledge. Normally, I would be more patient but it has already been months of not being able to use my shower. Also, it is worth noting that in their phone call to my roommate they claimed they were waiting for us to tell them when the shower was dry before they would send someone out. At no point was I instructed to inform Woodington of anything.

I delivered groceries to 602 N. Morton and there was vomit outside the elevator I think I stepped in it. Cedarview management needs to be fined and notified this is unacceptable
