I moved here about four months ago, and it has alarmed me how many times I've seen people holding a cell phone up to their ear while driving! All over town. This morning I was seeing my kids off on the school bus, and the guy behind the bus was talking on the phone as he followed them. Hello, I am a part of the Adapted Sports Program out of Indiana University. We are wanting to put on a fully inclusive 5K race around the second or third week of April. The plan is to do it along the B-Line trail through town. We are still working on details of the event however we are wanting to get more information as far as what we would need regarding permits from the city.
