I noticed that my address is not included on the myBloomington City Services tool as the addresses go from 631 to 635 Bayberry Ct W and skips my address of 633 Bayberry Ct W. Is this why I have not received a Trash and Recycling Pickup Schedule magnet for many years? Please add my address.

loose trash left at curb at 313 e 16th since monday now blowing into the street and sidewalk

trash along the roads and streets. getting bad. trash trucks are droping trash on the way to recycle, boxes , bags of trash. etc. besised cups bottles and other items. looks bad . bloomington never used to look like that. its a real concern of mine . please we need to take better care of this issue. thanks mr hiestand

On the myBloomington City Services tool my address of 633 Bayberry Ct W both the Trash Day and Recycle Week is noted as “Not Available” and I never receive a Trash and Recycling Pickup Schedule magnet. Is there something wrong with my address listing in the database?

I have always had positive experiences with all members of the Sanitation Department, but this past year, in particular, I have had extremely positives experiences. Not only have the team members been thorough, timely, and respectful, but everyone has been SO friendly! The team doesn't hold back on the smiles, waves, and well-wishes. I cannot say enough positive about the Sanitation team (yard waste, recycling, trash) that comes through the Winslow Farms/Sweetbriar neighborhood. I talked to you on last Friday. You asked me about my problems and the same day sent help to (1) fix the wheels of the recycle bin and (2) to fix the mail box and attach it firmly to the stand (the base of the mailbox is broken but that's not creating any problems; moreover, it was a day of constant rain and there was no way to address that)
Overall, I am thankful and satisfied. Based on past experiences, getting something done at home has been a real hassle. So, the expectations were about long delay and repeated requests and so on. So, I really appreciate the courteous, prompt and professional service. And, as someone who has been a government employee throughout one's career (I have always taught in public universities), I also feel extra proud.

Hello, with the rain this past weekend, I was surprised that both of my containers, waste and recycling, had several inches of water in them. Apparently the lids do not close securely allowing rain to enter which deteriorates paper goods and trash if not in plastic.

Toter found at 113 S Gentry, not a part of Olympus Properties. We requested City pick-up, did not happen for several weeks, tenants used the toter, Republic Services refused to empty it. We removed it, stored it at Olympus Properties. Please come and get it!
