Greetings, there is a small piece of land owned by the city directly next to 202 E Ridgeview Dr. It has not been maintained in a very long time. The grass is very over grown, a large tree is dead and has large falling limbs and it is the perfect hiding place for rodents and other pests.

Sidewalk in front of Elks property on N. Walnut has deteriorated in a dangerous manner (especially in front of Elks Parking lot). This has been going on for 2 years and there is almost no solid concrete left in 2 sidewalk squares. However, large chunks remain loose and are a serious tripping hazard.

Hi 2 things: 1.) Using an iPhone 6, and using the (New report) Miscellaneous portion, Other issues...I keep getting bumped out of Text mode while typing in the comments box. 2.) Intersection traffic lights: The corner of Rogers & Country Club. While traveling West on CC, the West bound straight through lane is held on Red to wait, while cars traveling east on CC trigger the green turn arrow for cars to travel North. There are cars in the turn lane on CC heading south to trigger their turn arrow, but I keep thinking that I too can go, as their are no cars on the opposite side to turn in front of me. In front of 112 Glenwood West - post with deflectors marking west side of traffic calming bump - post is down and needs to be replanted. Post is lying beside road at spot where it belongs. Thanks -
