This carpet store has been destroyed for a **long** time now. I don't know what caused it, but that's irrelevant. This wreckage is an eyesore on one of the biggest inlets to the city. I also worry that youth (like myself a number of years ago) like exploring things like that and could be injured from a falling wall or something. That's probably less of a worry, but you never know given it being next to the theatre. Is it possible to hasten the cleanup, or at least removal of debris from this location?

Norman and code enforcement department, Park Ridge needs your assistance again on this same address please. 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention The house is not being cared for and has become a flophouse for the homeless and drug users. The backdoor is not locking now (I have tried) and inside it's a mess with evidence of trespassers using the house for various activities. BPD has visited the house three times in the past 60 days due to the back door standing open. With the weather and trespassing occurring at the I address, you need to get the owner's attention to lock it up and also care for it in a consistent manner. It has evidence of being abandoned. Also evident are the two waste and recycle toters at the front door - never touched by the homeowner. An advertisement that the house is vacant. Has BPD contacted you for enforcement help? Subject: Re: uReport Case #162510 - 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention Mike Arnold -- An update from a coupe weeks past on this address, I have been been busy or else would have sent a message sooner. 2/10/18: I reported to Bloomington Police the north, back of house, doors open. Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. 1305, 1313, 1401 W. Woodhill Drive, plus others in the West Pointe subdivision, have mold on exterior, broken shutters and garage doors. They are in total disrepair. Caladbolg Corporation needs to be held accountable to city code 16.04.040 Exterior property areas. Their properties are nothing but eyesores! Please get these properties cleaned up!

Possible unauthorized rental/leasing arrangement at 3620 W. Race St., Bloomington, IN 47403. This year I have noticed three short term , out of state, visitors at the described property that appear to be in a room rental agreement with the owner. Typical stay is about one month. Not sure if this an approved activity but worth making sure it's within compliance. We're not overly fond of not knowing who are short term neighbors are. The police have been contacted on two occasions for suspicious activity, possibly related to drugs.

My neighbor at 1111 East Carnaby Street in Sherwood Green (single family dwelling) has 8 to 9 people living with her. There is a family of five and her and her girlfriend and a dog. Please help!!
