The tree that is planted near our driveway has roots growing extremely close to the house, sewer, and ATT electrical boxes. We were planting plants today and noticed there is a large root next to out driveway and house. The roots have already caused the sidewalk to raise and crack and our driveway is already being lifted. More importantly, thick roots growing next to out house. We would like the current tree cut down to stop any further damage, especially to the structure of the house, driveway, and sewer. We are completely fine to have a different smaller tree planted in its place. Please advise as we recently had plumbing issues and wouldn't want this to get any worse. This weekend we WILL be trimming the trees around the sidewalk inside our cul-de-sac. However, we along with all of our neighbors are not happy with the "no mow" grass that is on Sare Road outside of our property. Matt Smethurst is who told us it was "no mow" and would stay lower than 8" in height. It did not stay short and is now hard to see around and looks awful. I tried to email back to Matt off of our original communication and his email bounced back as not active. Could someone please help with this?

Grass & weeds are growing outside the backyard fence and is over 12 inches high. They have completely ignored the sidewalk area behind the house with no mowing all year.

Please keep this anonymous. My Parents are my landlord and my Mom almost died from sepsis UTI can’t handle stress. These occupants have had sharp broken glass in common area for over 6 months. This is where I walk there probably should legally be an alleyway or sidewalk here - I’m not asking for that but I’m asking for no broken mirrors

Hello. I have a dead tree in the tree plot between the street and sidewalk. This was reported to the urban forester last year and he agreed the tree is the city's responsibility, but nothing happened. I would like to have the tree removed and a new suitable tree planted. Thank you.

I submitted Case #180206 on June 5, but Jo Strong mistakenly closed it on June 9, saying "no sidewalk at this location. I gave the location of the owner of the sidewalk, but the sidewalk is on the south side of their property, while their driveway is on the north side. The overgrown sidewalk is on Fields Drive. Jo Strong also said, "Is address correct?", but there was no way for me to respond. Please reopen this case. I attached a photo (although it isn't showing or acknowledged), but the situation has grown worse since I took this photo.

Dead tree between sidewalk and street. Fungus is now growing on the dead tree. Is it possible to have it removed before the fungus spreads to the nearby alive tree?
