My neighbors have a dog, and the dog's feces are constantly on the carpet and even on the metal door (on the floor). They smoke marijuana, and my apartment is filled with those smells. They've caused me to vomit from the dog's feces, and I've had fatigue and headaches from smoking (usually at night).

In 2019/2020, the Rogers Multiuse Path Project removed a large area of mature evergreen trees and shrubs. Before the project began, the city convened a public meeting at Sherwood Oaks church, where this project was presented. Neighborhood residents were under the impression (from what was stated at the meeting) that despite the construction and removal of mature trees and shrubs there was a plan to replace the mature trees and provide appropriate barriers to shield adjacent residences from Rogers Rd. Given that one of the adjacent neighborhoods is named “The Woodlands” it is ironic that the large swath of mature trees and shrubs was removed by the city. In 2020, the neighborhood inquired about the promised tree replacement plan and advocated in support of the tree replacement plan via email exchanges with a city employee. Report from Mr. Dennis Mayfield that on Friday, June 13, he saw about an acre-and-a-half of what he thinks is hemlock at/near the intersection of N. State Rd. 37 Business and Old State Rd. 37. This seems to be just on the edge of city limits. Submitted a report to indot4u.com as well on behalf of Mr. Mayfield.

This cop 1705 has been blocking the alleyway for over an hour yesterday so far (30 minutes is the legal amount) Really bad for business to have a cop car right next to your business door. He does this often and it does not improve the safety and negatively impacts business to have him stationed on Kirkwood in such a manner.
