Hello: I am sick of seeing these vagrants walking by my house at the corner of College Street and West Hillside Drive. I spoke to an officer last Tuesday and requested more police car drive by’s, evidently it is not working. I appreciate it, if more police cars can be visible in this neighborhood, behind the Switchyard Park, which drives them in. Please put a barrier on College Street and the South Side of the park by the Walnut Street side of the SWITCHYARD Park Parking Lot where the vagrants enter and exit with back packs and bicycles going through the Railroad Park neighborhood where your police department and YOU ignore for safety. I’ve reported this issue to Governor Braun, Erin Houchin US Representative of the House of Representatives and US Senator Todd Young. The uReport search and map features no longer seem to be working. It will allow me to search, but the results are not accurate. Furthermore, you used to be able to look at a map to see where previous uReports had been made. This feature no longer works. Can you please let me know if these features were purposefully removed or simply are not working at the moment? If they are not working at the moment, when will they be fixed?

Dear City Department / Fleet Supervisor, I am writing to report a near-miss incident involving a City vehicle that occurred on 2/16/2026 at approximately 9:41am at the intersection of Stipp Rd, Handy Rd, and Moffett Rd. I was traveling from Stipp Rd toward Moffett Rd when a City vehicle pulled out from Handy Rd onto Moffett Rd at the same time I was proceeding through. It appeared that the driver may have misjudged the right-of-way or believed there was a stop sign controlling my direction of travel. As a result, I was forced to swerve and slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. Had I not reacted immediately, I likely would have either struck the City vehicle or ended up in the ditch on the right side of the roadway. The situation was extremely close and could have resulted in significant vehicle damage or serious injury. The City vehicle was described as: Vehicle type/color: Gray Ford Escape Plate Number: 100008 I am submitting this report out of concern for public safety and to help prevent a future accident by this individual. There are several sidewalks on Covenanter that never cleared their snow. Since there is only one sidewalk in the area, I’m forced to go in the road, which can be busy at times. Twice since the snowfall my dog and I have nearly been hit by cars. There are several homes in the Covenanter neighborhood that haven’t been cleared.

We have a water leak in the bedroom ceiling is soft and turning yellow. Multiple c anything elseracks in walls, very dirty under the oven. Air leak under windowsill. North entrance to building doesn’t lock. Homeless people entering. Dust is stuck to fan blades on ceiling fan and air conditioner. Thermostat doesn’t work and can’t control heat.

Home owner is letting his dogs go to the bathroom on the sidewalk and not picking it up. Dog feces frozen in the snow on the sidewalk. Same issue in the summer, owner not picking up after dogs.
