There are at least 10 kids being dropped off and picked up each day. Vehicles block my driveway in the evenings. Is this legal? Can they run this out of their home? My question is concerning parking in the 4th street garage. I have a monthly pass and park in the garage Monday - Friday. There are signs that say "Do Not Back In." Why is this a rule? It is easier to pull out at night if I back into my spot. But I don't want to get a ticket for parking illegal. Thanks for your time.

I was out of town for a few days and when I returned found what appears to be a survey stake in my backyard, a wooden stake with orange flagging tied to it.
