Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. This is the address of our neighbors. They have several dead trees with very large limbs that fall on our house, cars, and in our yard. We have made attempts to speak with them via knocking and letters all to no avail. These trees are dangerous and could fall and injure anyone in my family, my house, or our cars at any time. we need to know what can be done about this issue.

Over occupancy complaint for the HAND. This home has at least four tenants judging by who is regularly at the house. It is rented for $1,800/month which would also suggest more than three as the average at the high end is $500/bedroom and these homes are next to campus. Please investigate.
