There is a giant machine outside out my apartment for construction work. It is the week before finals and it starts making one of the loudest noises I have ever heard at 7 am. It’s ridiculous and don’t see why they can’t start at 9.
Tree in parkway has a branch that has broken and is hanging down so low that cars are getting hit by it.

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. We’ve been moved out of our apartment since Halloween of 2021. We moved/transferred our Duke Energy to our new location, however the move service did not shut off our old account. We did not know until last month. I called the arch apartments to have them take the bill back into their name. They did that but the bill got pushed onto my new account. The arch didn’t absorb the bill. The Arch is getting demolished and has their phone disconnected.
For the City arborist: there are two young trees growing side-by-side at the stop sign at 3rd and Fairview. One is a black walnut that I think should be cut down so the other one can grow to its full potential. They are so close it feels like they will just compete for space. We could have one very healthy street tree as opposed to two stunted ones. Thanks.
Hello. I was on the TreeKeeper website awhile back and saw that there used to be a tree in the parkway between the sidewalk and 13th street. Feb 15 - I would like to uderstand what happened to my alley and stone wall. The alley that I maintain and mow since 2005 now has a load of greavel dumped on it - without any notification or reason. This makes it unsightly, less usable for walking and unmowable. Portions of the stone retaining wall along N Fairview Street have also been destroyed. Neighbors reported seeing a City truck knocking the wall down and then trying to jam it back in place with a backhoe. But the results of how it was left can be seen in the attached photo. Both of these will be costly to repair. Do you know who was responsible for this?

Can someone from HAND please leave a good neighbor flier for these people? They play loud music day and night that can be heard a few doors down and they drive unsafely through the alley. I will be stopping by to speak to them myself, and my next step will be calling BPD about the noise if they do not adhere to City noise ordinance.
