Other: Feb 15 - I would like to uderstand what happened to my alley and stone wall. The alley that I maintain and mow since 2005 now has a load of greavel dumped on it - without any notification or reason. This makes it unsightly, less usable for walking and unmowable. Portions of the stone retaining wall along N Fairview Street have also been destroyed. Neighbors reported seeing a City truck knocking the wall down and then trying to jam it back in place with a backhoe. But the results of how it was left can be seen in the attached photo. Both of these will be costly to repair. Do you know who was responsible for this?

I don't know who should get this. My only concern is the wall which appears intact, unless the was a different wall damaged than along 705 W 13th St
Brent, Joe Vandeventer went to this location. The wall in the picture is not near where the stone was laid by maybe Duke Energy. (Not by Bloomington Street Dept) He said that the wall laying on the sidewalk is at 708 W 12th Street and the property owner needs to be notified to get the wall off of the sidewalk.
