On 7/6/2024, I created uReport Case #191203 to request the removal of storm-related fallen tree debris from the front of my house. I see that that case has been closed, but no one ever came to remove the debris.
Multiple unhoused people are beginning to gather behind the residential dumpster and by the mail boxes. They hang out for awhile and then it evolves into them setting up camps and tarps, etc. often results in disturbances in the early morning hours. This is not the first time this has happened. Drug use and evidence of drug use was found. Do not want criminal charges or anything, just for them to not set up In our backyard.

This is an Envirosac of cement (concrete construction debris), likely left over from fiber optic installation one year ago. It is at the residence of 2809 E Daniel Street. It was a box of powdered cement, that naturally hardened into concrete, making it VERY heavy. I would like to know who to contact to remove this from the easement? Another neighbor asked the residents to please remove it, however they have not, and they likely do not think it is their place to do so since the fiber optic company fractured their driveway and did not take this box of cement with them when they repaired it. Public Health on preparedness for Covid-19?
Every time I walk or bike by this house, a dog charges at me and scares the crap out of me and my kids. It is tied up but the leash is long and hard to see. The dog comes at us at full speed before hitting the end of the leash almost at the street. I’m tired of being terrorized and it can’t be good for the dog either.
Possible dead tree at risk of property/house damage: needs to be assessed, if City tree, needs to be removed
Abandoned silver vehicle with 4 flat tires at this house on the Allen Street side of the home. Has not been moved in more than a year.
Property next to mine 516&518 south Woodlawn has been gutted with a pending permit and even more of a concern is the workers indicated a driveway and garage with a apartment on top is next I would like some input as this directly impacts my property
Bulldozer came to my back yard and damage my drive way and lawn. I will provide a photo of bull dozer in next post.
