HOLE IN ROAD KEEPS GETTING BIGGER AND BIGGER
NEEDS DIRT IN HOLE BY MAILBOX. MAIL PERSON CANNOT GET TO THE MAILBOX SO CANNOT LEAVE MAIL. HOLE WAS CREATED WHEN WE WENT BY HIS HOME TO PUT IN SEWER.
CBU BLOCKING HIS PARKING PLACE IN ALLEY WHERE CREWS ARE WORKING
RE: Lower Cascades South: Concerned that Cascades Park looks "seedy", not being well taken care of right now. Fountain looks "busted up" and trash everywhere. Also went by Karst Farm Park and saw people raking and cleaning up. Chose to rent the shelter there instead. Wanted us to follow up on this.

Caller upset that bathrooms were not unlocked, grown men were "peeing in the ditch". Does not want kids to see that. Possible port-a-potty? Loves parks, just does not want kids exposed to "exposure". Water fountains were on.
read in 1998 spring guide that shelters are available from April 1 to Oct 31 on a first come first serve basis. Came in on April 1 to reserve a shelter only to be told that it had been reserved on Jan 1st. Wants to know why this wasn't clear in the program guide.
