side yard is full of weeds and branches and has not been cleaned up for over a year
Abandoned house, trees down in driveway, looks like doors open, looks really bad
tarp being used for a garage door, looks abandoned, grass very high
tree that is in the easement is very over grown and hangs over the sidewalk and the street. you have to drive around the tree to keep from scratching your car. the house also has very very high bushes in the front of the house.
Ms. Innman came in and filed a complaint for a rotten tree at the above address. She spoke to an inspector - inspector stated that the tree is @ Stad. View 6 & her drive-way. The owner's of the property told Ms. Innman they would trim her side but they haven't done anything & she is afraid it will fall on her side. It has been over 1 year.
tree snapped in half, still alive but concerned it will cause problems
standing water in back yard
door to property kicked in, was a rental, supposedly unoccupied, concerned that as an abandoned house it may be unsafe
4118 E. Deckard is a registered rental however, caller was told last year by the Planning Department that the garage would not be occupied. Garage is now occupied and occupants are parking on the lawn.
