Ms. Wampler stated that she has a couple of children in Hockey programs @ FSC and has had to pick up several alcoholic beverage cans after IU games. Called the arena and was told that a person drinking would beallowed to finish and then throw it away. She has conerns that she brings her kids to a place with several alcoholic cans not cleaned up.

During the month of July, Insight trimmed back branches away from their equipment. The equipment was left unsecured and the branches left. After a few phone calls to Insight, the box was secured, however, the branches have not be removed. Please see the attached memo for detailed information regarding this complaint.

Rec'd. a call from Mayor's Office. An anonymous caller stated to them that she was driving behind a yellow vehicle (611) when a piece of wood fell off. The driver did not stop to pick up wood - continued driving. Caller felt this was careless and wants to be sure all materials in back of trucks are tied down or secured in the future.
