GOT A CALL FROM CITY UTILITIES, THEY RECV'D A REPORT THAT THE SEWER AT 917 S. ROGERS IS BURPING AND BACKING UP. UTILITIES WENT OUT AND THEY SAID IT IS NOT THIERS.

Ms. Bennett noticed a television cable from a utility pole that ran alongside her property, across a pathway to the Hays Court Apartment Complex on Sunday, 01/30/05. She contacted Insight and was told that they could not do anything about it until she provided them with an address that the cable belonged to. She feel that this is not her responsibilty and that this is a hazard.
Large pile of yard waste has accumulated in the back yard from where limbs have fallen out of the trees. Caller is concerned that it is attracting rodents and snakes. This is on the deadend of Maxwell
Mr. Woodring feels that Insight has a monopoly in this area in regards to cable service. The TCC should also have an agreement with Insight regarding broad ban service. He was unable to sign up for SBC's service due to a third party ownership of the lines specifically related to Acadia Court area. Due to this problem, he felt that he was forced into signing up with Insight at higher price in order to receive the broad ban service.
Trees are hanging low enough in the alley that it hits the car when you drive through.
