Insight installed lines in Mr. New's backyard approximately 5 years ago. The lines were not buried very deep and are now coming to the surface. The greatest depth is 1". He contacted Insight in April 1999 (talked to Scott Templeton?). Someone came out and marked the yard 2 times but have still not done anything. The last time he called, he was told by a representative that "he did not have time to deal with this problem right now". Mr. New does not know what to do at this time.

Mr. Megnin stated that the cable was installed in October of 1998, and the cable was left lying on the ground. Mr. Megnin stated that he has contacted the cable company several times and the cable is still unburied.
