There are a couple of piles of shrubs and brush in the backyard that has not been removed for several months. The grass is high and the weeds are overgrown on the fence line. The citizen stated that she had called in about this in the summer (see attached complaint).

BT Access client upset with new scheduling system. Feels half-hour window is too much. Feels BT did not include drivers and/or passengers in process and that "communication was zero". Needs consistency in scheduling her pickups.
Objects to new BT Access scheduling system. Not enough communication with riders. Regular users of system need predictability. BT has not shown compassion or attention to the concerns that they've been given.
Subscriber states that he has recieved his current bill and that there is another field service charge on his bill. Mr Ashba thinks that this service charge is for someone coming out to his apartment. ( It appears from the memo received from Insight states that it is a late fee charge)
Ms. Whitby stated that she resents fox sports network taking over c-span. Ms. Whitby states that fox network already has two stations and feels that it is unfair that they can pre-empt her television viewing with ball games. March 2, 2000: Ms. Whtiby was informed that a lack of bandwidth at the time caused the interruption of C-SPAN. Insight is currently working on this problem, but until more bandwidth is available, C-SPAN will continue to be interrupted for bball games.
