Citizen says that either trash or recycling truck keeps running into his yard. He lives on a cul-de-sac, and apparently the trucks back down to exit because they can't turn around. Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.
At least 6-10 semi-trucks and other large trucks driving on South Madison Street and turning on Hillside to deliver to area business; possibly "American Fasteners". Ms Selk feels that semi-trucks are not allowed in RS neighborhoods. She would like a follow-up phone call.
