caller says they are running a possible car detailing business from this rental. cars are also parked on lawn through out the day.
Water runing out of a pipe in a stone wall along 6th St and into the alley. Ms. Hawkins is worried that the water will freeze this winter and be dangerous. The outlet discharges are not rainfall based according to Ms. Hawkins.

MS. WALKER CALLED ON 5/21/97. SHE HAS TREE ROOTS IN HER WATER METER PIT. SOMEONE LOOKED AT IT PREVIOUSLY AND OFFERED TO CUT TREE BUT SHE DIDN'T WANT IT DONE. NOW SHE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE TREE CUT.
GOT A CALL FROM CITY UTILITIES, THEY RECV'D A REPORT THAT THE SEWER AT 917 S. ROGERS IS BURPING AND BACKING UP. UTILITIES WENT OUT AND THEY SAID IT IS NOT THIERS.
Mr. Flanders called to seek action from the Police Department regarding his alleged assault and battery he received from a woman. He believes several different people are telling lies about him and trying to get him in trouble. He apparently was also told the matter had been turned over to the Prosecutor. I spoke with Elaine Helms on 8/20, she informed me this info would be given to the Police officer in charge of that case.

Frasier stated that she had talked with Tom Todd last year about this problem. The water runoff from East Side Drive goes across her driveway and pools there. The water has caused potholes to form at the end of her drive. She put up a fence to prevent people from parking in her yard. She wondered if the City would, therefore, fill in the potholes for her.
