Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.
At least 6-10 semi-trucks and other large trucks driving on South Madison Street and turning on Hillside to deliver to area business; possibly "American Fasteners". Ms Selk feels that semi-trucks are not allowed in RS neighborhoods. She would like a follow-up phone call.
STATES RENTAL PROPERTY AT 2603 E 3RD IS VACANT AND TENANTS AT 2605 E 3RD ARE DRIVING ACROSS 2603 LAWN TO GET TO STREET.
STATES THERE IS A TANK WHICH HOLDS USED MOTOR OIL AND IS LEAKING. THERE ARE ALSO USED OIL FILTERS IN CREEK BEHIND PROPERTY.

Between 15th/16th on Indiana, on the westside of the street there is a large tree growing in the tree plot that is crowding the street. Transit buses are having a difficult time due to large branches hanging down. please call Barbara with an update.

Some one has parking spots blocked on the south side of the square. There is nothing noted the the Public Works no parking binder. Woman was very upset and wanted this taken care of ASAP.
While talking to Mr. Hagemeyer about a zoning issue, he mentioned that several windows in the building at 1633 W 8th have been broken over the past several months, most recently within the last week or two. He didn't report it but if something could be done, he would appreciate it. Someone may just want to give him a call.
