METER SINKING AND WANT GRAVEL IN DRIVEWAY
METER SINKING AND WANT GRAVEL IN DRIVEWAY
Mr. Stockwell feels the city should pick up branches and debris from private residences without them having to reduce the yard waste to 4ft. bundles. He feels it is the city's responsibility to help residents with this type of clean up (especially after a strom like this one!), and we should not be so restrictive in how we do so. Mr. Stockwell sepcifically requested a call back on this matter.
BT Access client upset with new scheduling system. Feels half-hour window is too much. Feels BT did not include drivers and/or passengers in process and that "communication was zero". Needs consistency in scheduling her pickups.
Called on behalf of customer who uses BT access. This usually quiet & reasonable lady is livid at BT Access. Says new scheduling system does not work and BT staff (not drivers) have been unpleasant & told her they are not a social organization.
Objects to new BT Access scheduling system. Not enough communication with riders. Regular users of system need predictability. BT has not shown compassion or attention to the concerns that they've been given.
