Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.

Citizen wants more police patrols & presence, says area has gang problems, can't subject his workforce to this. Also wants lights installed along Hillside by their parking lot.

Mr. Jesseph works at German-American Bank, and asked that the tree directly outside the bank be trimmed if possible. When the bank lowers its flag to half-mast (which has happened unfortunately often recently), it gets caught in the tree and ruins the flag.
