Mr. McCafferty called in to comment on four Bloomington Police Officers on bicycles that were near People's Park on E. Kirkwood Avenue. He said the officers were stopping people on skateboards and he said he saw no reason why there should be that many officers in one place. MARTIN STATED THAT IN HER NEIGHBOR'S BACKYARD THERE IS A PIPE COVERING OF SOME TYPE (SHE WAS THINKING MANHOLE). THE GROUND IS STARTING TO ERODE AROUND THE OPENING. THE HOLE IS FORMING BETWEEN HER CHAIN LINK FENCE AND THE OPENING. THE FENCE POST IS STARTING TO SINK. MARTIN FEELS THAT THIS AREA IS A SINKHOLE. PLEASE CALL BEFORE COMING OUT.

Ms. Innman came in and filed a complaint for a rotten tree at the above address. She spoke to an inspector - inspector stated that the tree is @ Stad. View 6 & her drive-way. The owner's of the property told Ms. Innman they would trim her side but they haven't done anything & she is afraid it will fall on her side. It has been over 1 year.
