Mr. & Mrs. Jollisse have billing and customer service issues. They only receive bills couple of times a year instead of on a monthly basis. Their billing difficulities are still unresolved. During a recent telephone conversation, they asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for 10 minutes before a supervisor was available.
The Rev. Gaus would like Insight to consider adding the ODYSSEY channel to the basic or enlarged cable package. Odyssey is a multi-religious family network including Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, Jewish, and Muslim programming. Congregations will be encouraging their constituents to watch, which will increase viewership.

Mr. Gaber would like his cable buried. His cable was accidently cut by his gardner and Insight came out and repair his line. However, his cable has remained unburied for 10 days. He has attempted to call Insight regarding his unburied cable but is always put on hold. He stated the last time he called Insight he was holding for at least 7 minutes before hanging up. He also stated that he didn't appreciate listening to one commercial after another holding for a customer service rep.
