Neighborlink Report Location of your Problem: 3603 S Kingsbury Ave Details: There is a house on our street, S Kingsbury Ave, that has been empty since November 2009 when the owner, Phyllis Phillips died. Different people from the neighborhood have mowed the front area from time to time. The house has several dead trees that need to be removed, lots of limbs and just recently a large part of the tree in the front yard came down in the winds and is still there. It makes the neighborhood look bad. We are hoping you will be able to help get our street looking good again! Ms. Wagener recently moved to this location and set up an appointment for installation of cable and internet services. She was informed by Insight that service could not be provided because her home was too far from Homestead. She also stated that there is cable service on Baldwin Drive which is approx. 175 ft. from the back of her property. Why couldn't service be run from Baldwin to her home? Ms. Wagener stated that Insight should take whatever steps necessary to provide service.

Under new management; tenants used to get indv. bills from CBU; now comes from management of Park; water bills are very high and seem to have no relation to how many people live in residences, i.e. 60-yr. old lady lives alone and water bill for 1 month was $69; another family of 4 was $19. Residents are afraid of manager; afraid of being evicted. Can we help?
