The tenants of 501 E 7th St and 310 N Dunn St have had daily parties, morning and evening, for several weeks now that involve twenty+ people and loud music audible inside other apartments. Several noise complaints have been made with police each time it occurs, yet police have never actually showed up and the parties continue. They are in violation of Bloomington’s noise ordinance each time, but seemingly the police department refuses to enforce it.

This properties owner is renting it out illegally to tenants without a permit. This is a direct violation of renting laws in Bloomington. The property is not to code for people to be renting.

600 N. Morton on the corner of the parking lot for city vehicles, there is an abandoned couch just right off the sidewalk. Where the marker is placed according to my screen is precisely where the couch is located.

Tree in parkway has a branch that has broken and is hanging down so low that cars are getting hit by it.

the landlord has been notified for 4 months about how the air is no longer working and it gets up to 80 degrees in the building and there is a business there and doesn’t have a care in the world to want to fix it. when it’s 80 outside it feels then same inside!

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. I was mowing my yard yesterday evening when I noticed a bicycle left on W. Seventh Street. I did not think about it until I read that the IUPD has had a number of bicycle thefts. So I went out today and the bicycle is still there. I leaned it by a light pole. It is an older Schwinn, dark blue, 15-speed, without a seat. Maybe it is one of the bicycles that was stolen.
